Refund Policy

At AI On Repeat, we provide tailored automation systems and digital service builds specifically crafted to the operations of each business. Because these services are custom-developed and time is allocated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including if you cancel after purchasing. Once a service is purchased, we reserve time, assign resources, and often begin preparation before access is formally granted. This ensures your project receives prompt attention — but it also means those slots cannot be reallocated.
The only instance in which a refund may be considered is if we are entirely unable to complete your service due to an issue on our end — such as technical limitations or internal errors that prevent us from fulfilling the agreed-upon scope. In that case, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
If a client is unwilling to provide the access, credentials, or information necessary to complete the automation system, and this results in an incomplete delivery, no refund will be granted. Likewise, if you are unhappy with the service but the automation performs as described, we will work with you to refine or revise it — but a refund will not be issued.
